JobPing – Terms of Use

Effective Date: The date the user creates an account.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the JobPing platform and related services available through JobPing (“Platform”).

The Platform is operated by THUDDLE Services (UK) Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By registering for, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. About JobPing

JobPing is a technology platform designed to assist users in identifying potentially relevant employment opportunities by:

  • scanning and analysing publicly available job advertisements and listings;
  • matching job opportunities against information provided by users, including CVs/resumes, qualifications, experience, sector preferences, visa eligibility, and preferred locations; and
  • assisting users in prioritising potentially suitable opportunities.

JobPing is an information and search assistance tool only and does not act as:

  • a recruitment agency;
  • an employer;
  • an employment broker; or
  • an immigration or legal adviser.

We do not guarantee employment, interviews, sponsorship opportunities, visa eligibility outcomes, or the suitability of any role.

2. Eligibility

You may only use the Platform if:

  • you are at least 18 years old; and
  • you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

Users must create an account to access the Platform.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • all activities conducted under your account; and
  • ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, lawful, and up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where:

  • false or misleading information is provided;
  • these Terms are breached; or
  • misuse or unlawful activity is suspected.

4. Free and Premium Services

4.1 Free Access

We may offer limited free access to the Platform, including a limited number of searches or job matching functions.

The scope, number, and availability of free searches may be changed, reduced, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium services may be made available for the subscription fee displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.

At the date of these Terms, premium access is offered from approximately €6 per month, subject to change.

Premium access may include:

  • additional searches;
  • expanded matching functionality;
  • enhanced job filtering; and/or
  • additional platform features.

Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Cancellation and Termination

Users may cancel their premium subscription in accordance with the cancellation procedures set out on the Platform.

Cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Users may not terminate a subscription with immediate effect solely to obtain a refund for an active subscription period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform immediately where:

  • these Terms are breached;
  • misuse is suspected; or
  • continued access could expose us to legal or security risks.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While we endeavour to identify the most relevant job opportunities for users, the accuracy and usefulness of search results depend on:

  • the quality and completeness of information supplied by users;
  • availability and accuracy of third-party job listings;
  • changing employer requirements; and
  • external market conditions.

Accordingly:

  • we do not guarantee that all suitable jobs will be identified;
  • we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of job advertisements;
  • we do not guarantee interviews, offers of employment, or visa sponsorship opportunities.

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing and evaluating any opportunity before applying.

7. User Content and Consent

By uploading or submitting any CV, résumé, profile information, qualifications, employment history, preferences, or other content (“User Content”), you:

  • confirm that you have the right to provide such information;
  • grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, store, analyse, reproduce, and display such information for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform;
  • consent to automated analysis and matching processes carried out by the Platform.

You acknowledge that JobPing uses automated systems and algorithms to analyse information and generate recommendations.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

  • your personal data may be processed for job matching and platform optimisation purposes;
  • automated processing may be used;
  • data may be stored and processed in jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

Users should review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Platform.

9. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • use the Platform unlawfully;
  • upload false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing material;
  • attempt to interfere with the Platform or its systems;
  • scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Platform;
  • use automated bots without written permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, algorithms, branding, content, and technology, are owned by or licensed to the relevant intellectual property owners.

The intellectual property underlying the Platform is owned by third-party individual owners and is licensed to THUDDLE Services (UK) Ltd, which is authorised to provide the services to users.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

11. Third-Party Content and Links

The Platform may reference or link to third-party job boards, employer websites, or external services.

We are not responsible for:

  • third-party content;
  • employer decisions;
  • recruitment practices;
  • availability or accuracy of external listings.

Any dealings between users and third parties are solely between those parties.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • fitness for a particular purpose;
  • uninterrupted availability;
  • accuracy of results;
  • compatibility with user expectations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability which cannot legally be excluded under English law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses;
  • we shall not be liable for loss of employment opportunity, income, data, goodwill, or profits;
  • our total aggregate liability arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to us in the preceding 12 months.

Users acknowledge that employment decisions are made solely by employers and not by JobPing.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THUDDLE Services (UK) Ltd and its officers, employees, licensors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • your misuse of the Platform;
  • breach of these Terms; or
  • violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify:

  • the Platform;
  • features;
  • pricing;
  • search limits; and
  • these Terms

at any time.

Updated Terms will take effect upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Platform.
